When will my artwork arrive?

Allow 2-4 business days for preparation and 3-6 business days in transit. See the shipping policy for destinations, tracking and charges.

Can a personalized piece be returned?

Personalized artwork is excluded from change-of-mind returns, but damage, defects and production errors remain eligible for assessment. Contact us within 30 days after delivery.

Can I correct a name?

Request a correction within 6 hours and before production begins, whichever comes first. We must confirm the change.

Is the photograph a live proof?

No. Product photographs are examples. A proof is only included if explicitly stated for that product.
